Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator Staff in Marion, Massachusetts

Lockheed Martin RMS Marion located near scenic Cape Cod, MA is seeking a Subcontract Administrator Stf (SCA) to be responsible for the procurement of medium to complex subcontract and build to print requirements as assigned for the Marion location in support of all programs.

The SCA Stf formulates strategy and sets direction working closely with the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) and Program Manager (PM) for assigned programs providing status updates as required to SPM, Program Manager, and Finance for assigned individual procurements and long-term agreements.

Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for assigned procurements from requirement/specification definition, solicitation, bid evaluation and negotiation, resolution of issues, PO placement, expediting delivery, payment and contract closeout.

Domestic travel as needed, approximately 3-4 trips/year.

Basic Qualifications Knowledge in subcontract administration experience with FAR, P2P and various contract types. Ability to work in fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Drive closure of actions in other functions as required, to complete sourcing tasks or for the subcontractor to meet contract commitments. Experience in reviewing proposals, SOWs, negotiating price, terms & conditions, and conducting price analyses.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer oriented, team player, flexible and adaptable to change. Excellent organizational skills, prioritization skills and problem solving ability. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical. Self-starter Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Obtaining a Secret Clearance requires US Citizenship.

Problem solving abilities. Good time management skills & ability to multi-task. Willing to travel, as required. Experience negotiating, reviewing and analyzing data. Self-starter, willingness to take on new assignments. Ability to work collaboratively in a high performance high team environment; team player.
