Lockheed Martin Residential Energy Efficiency Implementation Specialist - Merrillville, IN in Merrillville, Indiana

This position supports the operational component of our residential energy efficiency programs in Merrillville, Indiana. This position draws on strong business acumen, time management, task management, effective communication and professionalism of an individual to perform in a multi-faceted environment in order to meet goals and objectives directly impacting the bottom line. As an Energy Efficiency Program Implementation Specialist, this individual will be responsible for application quality, program adherence, and answering hot lines calls, emails or faxes. As a part of the Implementation Specialist team, there will be rotating Saturday hours to support the call center. The Implementation Specialist also enters data into various tracking databases, paying close attention to detail and looking for inconsistencies and adverse trends that could negatively impact the clients’ programs. This role will also perform a technical review of all applications submitted. Reviewing applications to AHRI standards, deemed savings values (kWh and therms), percentage efficient and approving the final incentive amount. Assists with development, tracking and quality assurance of promotional agreements, and data; also assists with general clerical tasks in support of the residential energy efficiency programs as assigned by management. Additional components of this position include: •Project management for specialized incentive program types •Technical Application Review •Incentive payment processing •Researching and analyzing data in order to identify specific trends •Providing top-notch customer service to all calls •Regular communication with customers and utility client •Supporting reporting and visual management requirements •Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to develop and improve processes

Basic Qualifications • Exhibits professional demeanor and top-notch customer service skills • PC, keyboarding, and typing/data entry proficiency • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment • Detail oriented

Desired skills • 2+ years inbound/outbound call center experience • Previous experience in energy efficiency and/or utility sector • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and use creative problem solving skills to make recommendations • Previous experience with SharePoint information sharing tool • Good troubleshooting abilities
