Lockheed Martin Entry Level Engineering Planner in Moorestown, New Jersey
Support RMS Moorestown Technical Documentation Projects in planning, development, and delivery of Technical Manuals (TMs) for U.S. Department of Defense programs, such as Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Acquisition (New Construction/Pre-Delivery) and Sustainment (Post-Delivery (IPDA/PSA)), and Vertical Launching System (VLS). This position will perform administrative duties, technical tasks, and programmatic interactions with customers as directed by functional management and supervisory project staff. This position will perform administrative duties including maintaining current and accurate records for TMs, developing and verifying the accuracy of reports for the customer, performing Quality Assurance (QA) reviews for TMs, and creating and submitting all required delivery documentation. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining a current and accurate database of all source data utilized for TM updates, and develop a Bibliography which documents all TMs to be updated and the source data to be used for the updates.

Basic Qualifications - Experience performing QA reviews - Experience inputting data into a Microsoft Access Database - Experience creating database queries and reports - Experience with maintaining current and accurate records for assets or information - Experience creating and verifying accuracy of reports - Able to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and in presentations - Experience creating and maintaining Work Instructions and/or Standard Operating Procedures - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving skills - Attention to Detail - Must be able to perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, with short deadlines, and prioritize based on direction or deadline provided - Must be able to work in a diverse, fast-paced team environment - Organize effectively, be able to provide accurate and detailed status on tasks - Intermediate Level of Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF) - Ensure tasks are completed on time without daily monitoring - Work independently, self-starter - Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Desired skills - Knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience coordinating meetings, recording minutes and action items. - Experience with US Navy or other military. - Knowledge of and/or experience with process for development and delivery of Technical Manuals or Publications - Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF) - Knowledge and/or experience with design and development of Databases including MS Access - Experience and knowledge of engineering source documentation
