Lockheed Martin Production/QA in Moorestown, New Jersey

This position is for a team member who will be supporting the development and maintenance of training curriculum and technical documentation for the US/International Aegis, US Coast Guard, and Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) programs. Responsibilities include Navy AIM production for lesson plans, trainee guides, tests, presentation materials, and training tools along with production of technical documentation in Adobe Framemaker/PDF. This will include editorial and quality assurance of final products prior to delivery to customer. This position requires interface with Subject Matter Experts, Learning Standard Officer, Technical Writers, and Graphic Artist. Previous experience as a Technical trainer or Technical Writer/Editor with an extensive background in Publications industry is beneficial.

Basic Qualifications •Experience preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications. •Experience working with developers of training materials. •Ability to organize complex information with SMEs •Ability to work independently and reliably meet production deadlines •Computer literate, proficient with MS Office products. •Must be a fast learner and able to perform independently in a dynamic environment •Ability to help create and update lesson plans, trainee guides, and presentation materials •Excellent Communication skills

Desired skills •Previous Curriculum development experience for the military •Experience in use of Adobe Acrobat and Framemaker software’s •XML, Adobe Acrobat, and/or interactive courseware knowledge •NAVEDTRA Standards knowledge •Navy AIM curriculum software knowledge •Knowledge of the Aegis style guide for publication
