Lockheed Martin Microelectronic Technician in Niagara Falls, New York
Assemble accelerometer subassemblies and assemblies using manufacturing instructions and engineering drawings.
Assemble intricate/delicate components using fixtures and extensive use of small hand tools, solvents and epoxies under a microscope.
Component manufacturing processes include; Precision Cleaning, Adhesive Bonding, Precision Electrochemical Processes, Soldering, Laser Welding.
Work with electronic measurement and test equipment.
Complete production records including, operations sheets, material traceability, document non-conformances and other quality records.
Basic Qualifications Superior eye-hand coordination.
Visual acuity in working with microscopes.
Fine finger dexterity/ including grasping or pinching and a steady hand.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Desired skills IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 certification, or ability to be certified.
Experience working in an ISO/Clean room instrument manufacturing environment a plus.
Experience in any of the following fields a plus:
•Medical device manufacturing •Jewelry or watch manufacturing •Mechanical assembly •Micro-Electronics assembly
