Lockheed Martin Logistics Managemet Analyst Senior - Kitting Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Responsible for leading the Air Logistics Center (ALC) kitting process, personnel, and resources to improve customer satisfaction and reduce maintenance flow days. Train personnel on all aspects of kitting to include; receiving, inventory management, kit development, deliveries, and data processing. Meet kit delivery schedules, and attend necessary meetings to identify surges and material shortages. Brief senior ALC management on parts status during weekly maintenance meetings. Ensures sufficient quantities of hardware are on-hand to meet the kit building schedule. Oversees Quality Review process of kits prior to delivery. Providing direction to the kitting team to meet daily kit assembly and delivery requirements. Assists in the training of new individuals to the kitting area. Candidate will be keenly aware of the value of customer service, accustomed to high volume, high pressure tasking that requires meticulous attention to detail. Coordinates and monitor documentation. This position may involve frequent overtime to meet customer needs.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance.

Basic Qualifications - Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) or military supply chain management and methodology. - Material Planning/Material Forecasting experience - Data analysis experience -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Desired skills Leadership experience in logistics management

Team builder with proven ability to work with peers and effectively manage subordinates with dignity and respect.

Industrial Product Support Vendor experience.

Ability to brief Lockheed Martin, Defense Logistics Agency, and US Air Force executive management.

Experience working with Defense Logistics Agency products and USAF supply system.

Experience in warehouse management.

Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) system, EMALL, Haystack.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
