Lockheed Martin Classified Cybersecurity Analyst / Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida

Assesses and mitigates information system security threats/risks throughout the program lifecycle; validates system security requirements definition and analysis; establishes system security designs; implements security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures; verifies security requirements; performs system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities, and supports secure systems operations and maintenance. Performs user education/briefings on the proper use of the system and program procedures. Manages security posture, documentation, and patching processes for DoD/DISN connected network systems; works closely with multiple external customers and government points of contact to maintain compliance with policies and requirements; provides guidance for operation of systems in compliance with DoD and other applicable requirements; design, install, and manage DoD connected video teleconferencing (VTC) and voice over internet protocol (VOiP) systems.

Basic Qualifications Develop change control, configuration management, installation, and implementation planning documentation. Perform information systems security trend analysis; document and report potential risks. Develop information systems security risk and assurance best practices, and other reference materials.

This position requires applicants to have a final secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five years. Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin meets its business needs.

Desired skills Experience with managing DoD connected networks throughout the lifecycle including security oversight, compliance with applicable STIGs, and configuration management processes. Experience in all aspects of the Information Technology (IT) Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) security, perimeter network security and security-in-depth applications for firewalls (Juniper and Cisco), Virtual Private Networks (VPN) (Juniper and/or Cisco), intrusion detection/prevention (IPS), Host Based Security System (HBSS), and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) implementations and reporting. Minimum of IAT II certified as specified in DOD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002 (Security+ CE, GSEC, SCNP SSCP or GSLC IA Certifications); ISC(2) Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
