Lockheed Martin Financial Analyst Senior Staff in Orlando, Florida
Lockheed Martin is looking for a Business Operations Lead to support the Air Force Long Range Stand-Off (LRSO) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. The LRSO TMRR phase is an $800M+ effort with LM MFC and LM SSC operating a teammates in a “one team” environment. LM MFC is prime with LM SSC operating as a highly integrated IWTA ($170M+).
Position is for a Program Finance Lead and Analyst as well as providing Program Planning support and will perform, manage and direct all finance and business operations functions supporting the IWTA working with and integrating with the LRSO MFC efforts/team. Responsible for leading a small team of program finance professionals ensuring contractual compliance, cost management, budget development and analyses, financial estimating, change management, and any follow-on proposal development. The position focuses on directing the organization to meet critical cost, schedule and contract objectives while managing changes and resolving day to day operational issues.
Responsibilities include EVMS/IMS implementation with monthly cost reporting. Also includes preparation/presentation of LM reports/charts for periodic business reviews. Proposal responsibilities are to manage all ROM, NTE and firm proposal activities including development of basis of estimates. Additionally, this position requires experience and leadership skills, managing and integrating the business relationships. The position requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience. The position may require some travel. This position reports directly to the AFSP Manager of Finance and Business Operations.
The ideal candidate should have an active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance with an investigation date or six years or less.
This position will start in September/October of 2017, and is contingent upon the LRSO TMRR award in September of 2017.
Basic Qualifications • Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills. • Experience presenting to senior leadership. • Experience as a team or project lead with oversight and coordination or related activities. • Strong Excel skills. • Full Spectrum Leadership skills such as an ability to energize the team. • Extensive Program Finance, EVM and experience including US Gov't financial reporting requirements. • Ability to ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices. • Ability to ensure financial information and preparation of internal and external financial reports are completed. • Experience working with CAM's to ensure the integrity of the performance measurement baseline and Estimate at Complete.
Desired skills • A broad range of business operations experience is highly desired to include cost control, finance, estimating, scheduling, contracts and Financial Planning and Analysis • Prior experience in support of large capture efforts and working $100M+ Development programs. • Demonstrated track record of high accountability for work, team leadership, PPMD-01 and PPMD-02 and associated reporting requirements. • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, LM PPMP, and COBRA/SAP/Winsight tools. 5 or more years of EV and Government reporting experience (CEAC, RW, CAM coordination, CPR, etc.) • Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills including ability to shape financial strategies, build relationships across the Program and broader organization, energize and develop the F&BO team, deliver customer value and serve as a role model for other employees. • Knowledge and experience working in MS Project Server environment • Familiarity with SSC Operations and SMD LOB • Working knowledge of scheduling tools including resource loading. Preferably, Microsoft Project 2010 or 2013 • Ability to perform Critical Path Analysis, Margin Management, Float Management, Schedule Risk Assessments and Schedule Integrity checks • Experience leading internal and external audits and reviews • Experience working with resource loaded schedules • Experience developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as well as generating and delivering IMS reports and metrics as required • Providing planning support to CAMs (% complete, starts/finishes, logic changes, etc) as part of monthly F&BO earned value management rhythms • Presenting schedule related information to internal and external customers
