This position is for an Integration and Test (I&T) Lead to support the National Cyber Range (NCR) program in Orlando. The I&T Lead will support technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and performance analysis for complex computing systems, test environments, and datacenters used to conduct cyber security evaluations. Responsible for developing and leading Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures. The I&T Lead will work with the systems engineering, range operations, and test engineers to support NCR product and technology lifecycle management activities.
Basic Qualifications - Previous systems engineering or integration and test/verification experience on a development program - Experience in Systems Engineering on Defense/Aerospace programs - Solid understanding and application of Systems Engineering principles, requirements analysis and decomposition, system architecture and design, as well as defining and executing test procedures - Experience planning, estimating work and leading a technical team - Experience conducting trade studies and analysis for product selection - Systems, Computer Systems, or Electrical Engineering Degree or relevant experience - Self-starter with a desire to solve problems - Team player with a desire to learn and train team members - Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance
Desired skills - Experience designing complex systems, datacenters, network infrastructure and design, software integration, computer systems and DoD security architectures and compliance - Understanding of virtualization concepts (ESXi, Xen, VirtualBox, etc.) - Understanding of current operating systems, information systems, security hardware and compliance, etc. - Experience with requirements verification - Experience with system validation - Excellent troubleshooting skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - CAM experience
