An Orlando-based position, the Hellenic Air Force Training Optimization Deputy Program Manager reports directly to and acting in behalf in the absence of the Hellenic Air Force Training Optimization Program Manager. •Assists the PM directing all phases of Hellenic Air Force Training Optimization from inception through completion. Monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. •Responsible for overall Hellenic Air Force Training Optimization Risk & Opportunity Management. •Responsible for Hellenic Air Force Training Optimization Performance Excellence execution. •Responsible for ensuring compliance with TLS, Lockheed Martin, US and international government policies and procedures. •Liaise with export control to ensure all Technical Assistance Agreements and licenses correctly reflect the program scope. •Monitor staffing needs and ensure GRID is up to date. •International travel required.

• 10 years or more experience of subcontract and/or project management •Strong Customer Service Skills •Experience in leading complex programs and operations, or demonstrated capacity to learn. •Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with multiple functions •Experience managing Firm Fixed Price contracts •Experience managing subcontractors and/or suppliers •Experience should include team leadership, manpower planning, task planning, and budget development. •Proven Ability to work effectively and maximize the benefits of a distributed workforce. •Outstanding written and verbal skills •Familiar with LM Program Management processes and procedures •Program Management training •CAM experience
