Lockheed Martin Program Planner Senior/ Critical Path / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida
Develops, statuses, and analyzes Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to assess program status and identify performance issues in a timely manner. Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Develops recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements and LM MFC financial commitments. Use of critical path methodology and application in network development, analysis, and problem resolution is required. Performs independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning. Supports proposal activities including IMP development as required. Position requires coordination with program management, customer, IPT leads, functional leads, and CAMs.
Basic Qualifications Microsoft Project experience, Critical Path Methodology, IMS Development, Program Life Cycle Knowledge.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business or a related discipline, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Desired skills Experience in team coordination in an Integrated Product Team environment. Proposal experience. Hardware Requirements List experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent team player.
