Operates as a Planning Contract Lead for programs within the F35 Sustainment Business Integration Office. This position will provide direct support to the Program Planning organization for all cross-Market Segment analysis to include Contract Integration, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs), critical path, Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS), by contract and by FMS/partner country, write and review IPMR/ SDRL narratives, and be responsible for contract 5-Blockers.

Other responsibilities include: *Training new hires on business rhythm and execution of current and future business goals.

*Ensure SDRLs are compliant and delivered on time.

*The candidate will have a high level overview of the Program and will proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution.

*The candidate must interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Cost Account Managers, and external Customers, such as LM Aero.

Basic Qualifications *Experience with developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). *Experience using Scheduling SW such as MS Project and Primavera. *Earned Value Management (EVMS). *Schedule Metrics generation & reporting. *Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management. *Strong Organizational skills. *Attention to detail. *Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously. *Good command of written and verbal communication skills. *Experience with DID 81650 and IPMR

Desired skills *Extensive knowledge with developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) *Experience using Primavera *Cost and Schedule integration w/ regard to EVMS *Use of Schedule Risk tool (Such as Risky Project) *Critical Path Methodology *Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
