Overall duties include the following tasks: 1. Plan and manage team towards successful project execution of upgrading Information Systems Products from Windows 7 to Windows 10 including impact analysis, development and test of SW/HW changes due to compatibility, security assessment, creation of a modification kit, and retrofitting fielded systems 2. Creating and maintaining IMS calculating objective criteria for status 3. Responsible for Cost Account Management including, BOE Creation, Baselining, Earned Value Status, managing Risks/Opportunities, etc. 4. Work closely with sustainment team to ensure dependencies and milestones are understood and met for smooth deployment of retrofits
Basic Qualifications Resolves issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs. Able to anticipate and identify obstacles and inefficiencies and drive process improvements to accomplish long-range objectives; Interface with to top management in planning, statusing, and program execution.
Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Applies and/or develops sound, scientific principles, theories and concepts.
Previous Cost Account Management Experience utilizing Earned Value practices to status progress and make informed decisions toward project success.
Previous experience as a project lead over project involving Information Systems
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired skills CAM/EV Experience
Experience writing Basis of Estimates (BOE) and proposals
Experience leading multi-functional teams (i.e. Systems, Software, Information Assurance, Production, Deployment...)
Familiar with Information Technology/Information Systems
Familiar with Microsoft operating system migrations (particularly Windows 7 to Windows 10)
Familiar with DOD RMF-JSIG Security Accreditation process
