Lockheed Martin Reliability Engineer Stf in Orlando, Florida

This position Is located in Orlando and supports the Air Force Long Range Stand-Off (LRSO) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This Reliability Engineer Staff position supports develops, coordinates and conducts technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments (doe) constructs. Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics; investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. The candidate must function well in a creative, high-tempo, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment. The ideal candidate should have an active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance with an investigation date or five years or less. Must be willing to travel to interface with the customer (Eglin AFB, Kirtland AFB), and test sites (widely dispersed),for major events

**This position will start in October of 2017, and is contingent upon the LRSO TMRR award in September of 2017

Basic Qualifications - Broad experience of Reliability engineering process and tools. - Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools - Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability engineering programs - Develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes posing excessive failure risks - Understanding of Reliability Growth Testing
