Lockheed Martin Reliability Engineering Associate / Orlando / FRACAS in Orlando, Florida

This is a Specialty Engineering position that will provide database support to MFC’s RelM program. The support includes: Implementing enhancements and updates to the RelM program. Implement statistical and mathematical analysis tools to MFC applications. Overall program support to sustain new and established applications and databases. Interface with the Reliability Engineering Team, Depot Team, and Program Management to convey failure trends, and status of failure investigations. Identify Failure Review and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) trends to identify and prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions. Recognizing opportunities for improvement based on failure data, sustainment costs, support development and implementation of system design improvements. Assess effectiveness of incorporated corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science).

Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Possess strong SQL, C++, R, including in-depth knowledge of MS Office software.

Desired skills Experience with reliability FRACAS and driving failure investigations to root cause and corrective action.

Active Secret Security clearance with an Investigation in the past 5 years.

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with developing and delivering presentations to peers as well as management.
