Lockheed Martin Software Engineer Staff / Orlando / technical lead / secret clearance in Orlando, Florida

Candidate will be responsible for leading a software development team to maintain existing C# code and implement new software requirements for the JASSM (Joint Air-to-Surface Stand-off Missile) PTM (Precision Targeting Module) software application for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). PTM is an existing product in operational use in Air Force facilities around the world and is a Windows GUI application that allows the user to create stereo target scene models for use in the JASSM mission. Candidate must be able to effectively lead an integrated product team and provide all necessary planning and support to facilitate the successful completion of contract initiatives. International Travel will be required. Candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Secret security clearance is required Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this position. The Greater Orlando metropolitan area is the sixth largest metro area in the southeastern United States. The climate here is warm and sunny all year long for the most part. Orlando is home to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld. Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1 and ¼ hours from Orlando. Basic Qualifications Full software development life cycle experience including requirements, analysis, design, code, hardware/software integration, test and verification. Strong C/C++/C# skills Excellent communication and teaming skills.

Secret security clearance is required.

Desired skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Windows GUI application development Mission planning software development experience would be a plus.
