Lockheed Martin Subcontract Management Staff / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida

Subcontract Management Staff supporting multiple programs. Position responsible for timely administration of purchase orders and modifications. The position requires demonstrated skills in administering complex subcontracts for government and commercial business. Will negotiate terms and conditions and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established delegation of authority. Assures timely and economical delivery of all material. The candidate must be able and willing to support and meet program deadlines on a continuous basis.

Basic Qualifications Experience in Subcontract Administration/Procurement Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Experience preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, evaluating subcontract proposals, and negotiating cost/price and terms & conditions Demonstrated problem-solving skills Demonstrated communication skills Proficient with MS Office Ability to obtain a US DOD security clearance

Desired skills Working knowledge & experience with LM Procure to Pay Working knowledge & experience with APECS & MQS (Manufacturing Quality System) Working knowledge & experience with complex subcontracts including International Working knowledge & experience with cost & pricing data Working knowledge & experience with SMM (Scheduled Material Module) / Open PO reports Working knowledge of SRM/PLM Familiarity with production operations and quality processes Ability to interpret engineering and procurement controlled drawings Ability to multi-task Ability to perform work with general direction
