Selected candidate will oversee a functional group of direct reports for the Integration and Test team, advising on matters related to Development, Feature and System level Integration, System Test/Verification, for the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) program. This position will provide L Code leadership and execute personnel and program support, process and tools guidance, optimization of I&T efforts, and support of automation development efforts. Technical leadership experience in all phases of the Large IT systems life cycle including: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, qualification, deployment, and operational support. This includes cost and resource estimation and scheduling for systems development, software products and systems integration & test activities. Must have technical proposal experience coupled with sound estimation skills, development of integrated schedules and then performing and monitoring progress against them. Background should include strong team leadership, administrative, communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Previous engineering management and/or leadership experience is required.

Basic Qualifications Must have a Bachelors degree.
