An Integration and Test Engineer is needed for SECore system development with excellent lab configuration and control skills. Systems engineer will be responsible for configuring computer hardware, and integration of Synthetic Environment on multiple simulation platforms. Will interact with SECore developers and users regularly to troubleshoot simulation system problems, test emerging capabilities and verify proper SECore implementations. Also responsible for leading system integration events at a variety of customer locations.
Basic Qualifications - Accredited B.S.degree from an accredited college - Applicant must be experienced with Windows and Linux operating systems, network configuration and setup. Applicant must possess organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to details. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with a respectful, team-oriented attitude. Candidate should be familiar with Unix Shell scripting, XML, networking, and HLA/DIS interop protocols. Must have previous experience with managing test lab configurations. Desired experience with visual simulation systems and understanding of synthetic environment development and implementation technologies.
Must have a Secret security clearance to be considered.
Desired skills - Experience with SECore.
