Lockheed Martin Maintenance Engineering Planner / Owego, NY in Owego, New York

Responsible for the asset management including coordination, set-up, installation, rearrangement, and long term maintenance plan of both Operations and Building Facilities Equipment with full documentation in a Computerized Maintenance System for responsible areas. Lead technicians in upgrades, repairs, and preventive/condition maintenance of assets. Maintains contact with and directs contractor representatives and assists in resolving discrepancies in design specifications. Provides design standards, installation reviews, verifies labor expended, costs and materials used during life cycle management of assets. Inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques, and safety practices. Estimates percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status. Utilizes computer programs to download and manipulate data to drive day to day maintenance plan for Owego Operations

Basic Qualifications Administrative level knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Monitoring System, 3 years plus working with advanced electro-mechanical control systems in a manufacturing environment, History with using Total Productive Maintenance to drive Root Cause Analysis in a predictive environment. Project Management experience. Background in maintenance activities in both the facilities and operations arenas.

Desired skills Tririga, Maximo, Infor Datastream 7i CMMS Knowledge, Thermotron, Mazak CNC Control knowledge, Allen Bradley PLC Controls knowledge in a manufacturing environment, Electro-mechanical Degree with focus on control systems. HVAC control skills.
