Lockheed Martin Configuration Analyst Senior /E3 / Advanced Programs in Palmdale, California

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration management and data management on an ADP program implementing the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and CM process across the program. Duties will include management of the configuration of product and documentation baselines. Responsibilities will include defining the initial configuration items, manage/coordinate the change process, host periodic Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), prepare and release CCB meeting minutes to active CCB members. As the Configuration Management POC responsibilities will include all contract deliverable items, tracking, reviewing and delivering data to the customer to meet contractual deadlines. CM is responsible for conducting Physical Configuration Audits and selling off hardware items to the customer. Other functions may include process improvement, technical planning, tool evaluation and implementation and technical support to engineering and program management.

Must be a Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Selected applicant must have a Active Secret Security Clearance with a background investigation within the last five years.

Basic Qualifications - Experience with managing documents or Government Property

  • Experience with Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) changes and tracking of changes

Desired skills - Previous experience with DOORs requirements database - Fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Good written and verbal communication - Experience with Unique Identification (UID) marking and tracking
