Lockheed Martin Systems Integration Analyst in Palmdale, California

This is a Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position on the Client Device Services (CDS) Core Services – OS Configuration Team that provides global support to over 100,000 desktops and a rapidly growing number of mobile devices. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: -Create/ maintain Windows image files, deployment task sequences, application lists, site settings, BIOS, drivers, and other configuration changes that are part of the Operating System Deployment process -Support operations, test and troubleshoot Windows OSD updates in accordance with Enterprise and Business Area requirements -Solve complex technical issues dealing with Windows Operating System and supporting technologies -Facilitate testing and validation with other technical support groups

US Citizenship is required. Due to multiple time zone support requirements, this position may require work during varying schedules. Telecommuting within a commutable distance to LM facility may be considered. Business travel, including international travel, may be required.

Basic Qualifications -Proven experience supporting Windows Operating Systems and associated projects -Experience utilizing Windows imaging tools (i.e. MDT, SCCM) -Experience with software configuration and driver deployment methodology -Experience generating and executing test cases to validate requirements -Proven experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic problem solving

Desired skills -Demonstrated experience with Windows OS deployments using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) -Demonstrated experience with Apple iOS and Mac OS X and management tools (AirWatch MDM, JAMF Software Casper) -Demonstrated experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Development Toolkit (MDT), and User Driven Installation (UDI) tools -Demonstrated experience scripting and automating Windows tasks using VBscript, .Net, and/or PowerShell -Demonstrated understanding of System Center Configuration Manager and PSADT (PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit) scripting, packaging, application model and configuration item processes and procedures -Demonstrated understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) -Proven experience writing technical documentation and standard operating instructions/ procedures -Demonstrated understanding of the IITP (Internal IT Process, Standard Engineering Process) -Demonstrated understanding of ITSM (IT Services Management) and/or ServiceNow -Demonstrated experience with test process & results management systems (i.e. HP Quality Center & SharePoint)
