Lockheed Martin Design Engineer Asc in Shelton, Connecticut
Dynamic Components Production and Field Support is seeking a motivated junior engineer to contribute to all aspects of transmission system production support, including design improvements, field support (repairs, troubleshooting and safety actions), aftermarket support , flight safety, and reliability and maintainability issues for all production and out of production aircraft models. This position routinely interfaces with other functional areas such as propulsion, blades, flight controls, airframe, avionics and electrical. In addition responsibilities include coordination with DSS and CSS Programs, Certification Office, Aircraft and Product Safety, DCMA, Material and Process, Quality, and LSA.
Basic Qualifications BS in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering
Desired skills 0-1 years practical engineering experience preferred. Prior internship preferred, Additional experience is also a plus.
