Lockheed Martin IDE Manager- CRH in Shelton, Connecticut
Manage the aircraft model platform teams as an Integrated Digital Environment (IDE). Interface with senior leadership, internal and external customers and suppliers, providing guidance in use of and/or assistance in resolving issues with IDE applications. Create and manage an IDE web portal, with knowledge of application delivery infrastructures. Serve as an IDE Adaptive Work Space (AWS) and SharePoint system IDE administrator, overseeing the system security and structure of the IDE collaboration tool. Responsibilities include coordinating and processing user access requests to IDE applications. Coordinate supplier access requests, ensuring compliance with program Technology Control Plan (TCP), corporate policies and procedures, with emphasis on Intellectual Property, Export License and IT policies and standards.
Basic Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree with an IT focus is preferred and 5 years experience in related field. Or 10 years experience in related field.
Desired skills • Knowledge and experience in application delivery architecture including the following : Web delivery SQL CITRIX Windows OS Network architecture • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; ability to work in a team environment to provide exemplary customer service within the terms of contract • Strong troubleshooting skills; debug and resolve problems (including scalability and performance issues) • Ability to multi-task, detail-orientated and able to take initiative when needed • Strong organizational skills • Ability to create training documentation a plus • Knowledge and understanding of FAR/DFARs and Corporate policies specific to the protection of Intellectual Property a plus
Export License ITC Focal (BAER) Certified (Business Area Export Representative) Available to support overtime and coverage with other team members as required; some travel required.
Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment; work well under pressure; complete assignments on time; work closely with external customer IT technical personnel; be proficient with MS office products, especially EXCEL and Access; and possess good analytical and management skills.
