Logistics Support Analyst (LSA) Lead position is responsible for performing day to day activities in support of Huey Replacement Helicopter Program (HRP). The HRP LSA Lead position requires pro-active communication with the various disciplines in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment and the ability to bring forward technical and logistics issues/resolutions to the team. This position reports directly to LSA / GSE Manager.
Responsible for delivery of LSA data including, but not limited to, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), & Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, and Depot Maintenance Activation support to HRP internal and external customers in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as agreed to by contract.
Be cognizant of International Trade Compliance (ITC) policies including interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions, and ITAR regulations in relation to Sikorsky LSA deliverables
Ensure authorized technical review/acceptance review of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages to ensure compliance with statement of work, Engineering source data and departmental quality plan.
The HRP LSA Lead will be the primary interface between the IPT and Logistics community.
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customer personnel.
Provide feedback on all project requirements, statements of work, budgets and schedules.
Provide/maintain inputs/status reports to LSA manager
Maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of internal or subcontractor provided deliverables.
Basic Qualifications Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Proficient working in SAMS database, knowledge of H-60 Publications, understanding of Provisioning process and how the LSA deliverables effect downstream Logistics Elements
A&P license is desired, experience in Logistics/Aircraft maintenance preferred. Project Management skills
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Desired skills Highly motivated/self-starter; Communications skills (both written and oral). Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects of varied size and scope. Strong organizational skills; Able to think and operate independently
