This Logistics Support Analyst (LSA) position is responsible for performing day to day activities in support of the U.S. Marine Corps helicopter for the CH-53K Heavy Lift Replacement Program. The LSA Analyst position requires proactive communication with the various disciplines in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment and the ability to bring forward technical and logistics issues/resolutions to the team. The LSA Analyst is responsible for delivery of LSA data including, but not limited to, Maintenance Plan development, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis to CH-53K internal and external customers in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as agreed to by contract. -Support contract proposal initiatives by providing estimates as required for modifications and/or newly developed aircraft components. -Ensure authorized technical review/acceptance review of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages to ensure compliance with statement of work, Engineering source data and departmental quality plan. The LSA Analyst will be the primary interface between the IPT and the Logistics community. This is considered a career, or journey, level position Must be a US Citizen Must successfully complete and pass an Operational Security Class prior to supporting the program

Basic Qualifications Must be a US Citizen Must successfully complete and pass an Operational Security Class prior to supporting the program 5 – 10+ years’ experience and a proficiency working in logistics environment Ch - 53 aircraft knowledge/experience preferred -Knowledge of Rotary Craft Technical Publications -Experience in Logistics/Aircraft maintenance -Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills. -Communicate with all customers on a professional basis. -Be familiar with at least one of the following: MIL-STD 1388 or GEIA-STD-0007. -Ability to interpret technical instructions and blue prints. -Ability to interpret SM&R code breakdown. -Ability to work to a specified delivery schedule. -Ability to adapt to change at a quick pace

Desired skills Sikorsky Aircraft Maintainability System (SAMS) Database experience Military Aviation Maintenance experience a plus 5 – 10+ years’ experience and a proficiency working in the Sikorsky SAMS database
