Lockheed Martin College Student Tech in Stratford, Connecticut
Position will involve working with Manufacturing Engineers in a fast paced product development or product support environment.Candidate will work with a Senior MFG Engineer to solve manufacturing issues using engineering tools. Intern may be exposed to tasks such as: generation of work instructions, creation of assembly plans, technical assistance to suppliers, updates and maintenance of process plans, development of N/C programs, execution of tape tryouts and ordering tooling and cutters for in-house fabrication of rotorcraft components. Intern will be hands on with CAD/CAM and ME/CAPP tools. Internship will be in the Dynamic Components Product Center.
Basic Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college.
