Lockheed Martin Deputy Assis Program Manger (DAPM), CH-53K Production in Stratford, Connecticut
DAPM, CH-53K Production Reporting to the APM, CH-53K Production This leader will be responsible for execution of more than $1B currently contracted CH-53K SDTA 5&6 and LRIP Lot 1 production programs and LRIP Lot 2 Advanced Acquisition Contracts to meet financial, schedule and technical requirements. Key responsibilities • Lead program reviews of cost, schedule and technical performance. • Manage EVMS and facilitate internal and external meetings • Lead SDTA 5&6 and LRIP Lot 1 (aircraft 7&8) program management change management • Participate in the negotiation of contract changes • Assess program issues and risks and develop resolutions and mitigations • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, teammates and subcontractors • Manage organizational and employee performance and operationally related and other required training and development. • Ensure appropriate talent is deployed and appropriate metrics for performance management are in place
Experience • Demonstrated capabilities in leading and managing complex aerospace programs or projects. • Assertive and results oriented individual with strong analytical program management skills and experience. • Superior matrix organization management skills. • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary environment including interface throughout the entire organizational structure of the company. • Knowledge of and experience with program planning and earned value management tools. • Strong customer and supplier interface skills. • Solid interpersonal, management and leadership skills. • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. • Track record of frequent and effective interaction with company leadership, external customers and suppliers. • Negotiation • Risk management
Basic Qualifications Experience should include business management, finance, engineering management and/or program management.
Desired skills BA/BS degree w/ 10+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility or MA/MS degree w/ 7+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
