Lockheed Martin GMSS technical support for S70i proposals in Stratford, Connecticut
Project Planning - Supports CSS program leadership in the development of program and project requirements, statements of work, schedules, risk management plans, compliance matrices, contract deliverables, and compliance program plans. Responsible for developing the engineering staffing needs and maintaining the engineering Resource Planning System (RPS). Supports the CSS program management leadership in the development of performance metrics tracked through the Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Works closely with functional core engineering to develop plans to meet staffing requirements utilizing in-house staff, off-load, time and material, and/or strategic partnerships.
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
