Lockheed Martin QA Engineering Asc Mgr in Stratford, Connecticut
This position will be the lead program quality engineer in Turkey support the TUHP program working at the TAI facility in Ankara Turkey. They will have daily management responsibility for all quality personnel supporting the TUHP program at TAI. They will report the TUHP program quality manager. They will be responsible for coordinating and performing the special process audits, FAI validations, kit acceptance and validation of any nonconformance's identified by TAI on the kit material delivered to TAI. This is a 3 year assignment that will require you train a Turkish national in the last year of the assignment to take over this role at the end of the 3 years.
Basic Qualifications Ability to read Sikorsky drawings, reduced dimension drawing packages, and model based definitions packages. Experience working with international suppliers or customers. Computer proficiencies using excel, word and power point. Must be willing to work in Turkey for 3 years.
Desired skills Working knowledge of the Sikorsky quality system, SSQR-01 and Sikorsky DR system. Working knowledge of quality inspection techniques and processes for Blackhawk major assemblies, Final assembly and hangar activities. Investigation and RCCA experience dealing with H-60/S-70i parts and assemblies. Working knowledge of the MBOM's and the Sikorsky DR system. Ability to generate DR's and to perform analysis of the DR data base. Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new systems in support of a international program. Ability to perform Sikorsky special process audits at Turkish suppliers.
