Lockheed Martin RMS MRO IT Analyst in Stratford, Connecticut
Position is in the Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS) organization supporting the Sustainment Organization Programs within Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) reporting to the RMS MRO IT Manager. The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) IT Analyst is responsible for the design and development of MRO business applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Engages with the business colleagues, EBS, and stakeholders at all levels to leverage the capabilities and services of the IT organization.
• Establishes relationships within the MRO function to understand the business objectives and strategies.
• Designs, develops and leads project in SAP, Solumina and other web based tools in support of the MRO Business Operations.
Responsible for leading, managing and delivering IT Business solutions to support of MRO business IT needs.
• Pro-actively identify and resolve issues that may impact the business’ ability to achieve Mission Success.
Position will require some travel. THIS IS NOT A TELECOMMUTING POSITION. Position needs to be in Connecticut.
Basic Qualifications • Demonstrated efficient, timely, proactive experience implementing new programs and projects • Demonstrated experience effectively communicating (verbal, written and presentation) with all employee levels, internal stakeholders. • Demonstrated work experience effectively developing stakeholder/partner relationships • Demonstrated work experience effectively and independently performing in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment with little or no direction • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives Require an Information Technology analyst/developer with the ability to analyze current undocumented applications, document the applications including an analysis on maintenance and stability, and make recommendations as to the potential for re-architecting the applications to current technology and standards. Candidate should have advanced knowledge of working with databases, data warehouses, and knowledge across Microsoft, PL/SQL, .NET, C Sharp, Visual Studio, Oracle, Informatica, SAP, and Solumina.
Desired skills • Demonstrated experience with the MRO business processes, both commercial and USG. • Demonstrated experience in SAP SD/Service/MRO and Solumina CAPP and MES • Demonstrated ability to promote opportunities to leverage technology, improve efficiencies and productivity • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver IT Solutions • Demonstrated capability to proactively work through difficult technical, project and resource challenges
