Lockheed Martin Supplier Performance Analyst in Stratford, Connecticut
The Sikorsky Supplier Performance group seeks an experienced supply chain candidate to join our dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier performance and support as required the Work Transition process while exceeding customer expectations. Specific roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Apply lean tools to achieve : •Improved processes •Improve supplier value stream Participate in lean events at the suppliers, as required. Large meeting facilitation Establish and maintain customer/ supplier relationships Leading cross functional teams •Supplier improvement and recognition •Performance enhancement •Continuous Improvement, Supplier Gold, Enterprise Excellence, Lean •Risk management •Supplier diversity •Develop and lead supplier lean initiative projects •Address significant supplier issues and manage supplier performance data.
Basic Qualifications Experience with measure and analyze supplier metrics and initiate corrective actions using the lean tools. Background in in continuous improvement Proficient in MS Office products. Strong Project Management Skills.
Desired skills Bachelor's degree. Enterprise Excellence Greenbelt or equivalent.
