Lockheed Martin Tool Engineer Associate in Stratford, Connecticut

Sikorsky Aircraft, a Lockheed Martin company, is the world leader in the design, manufacture and service of advanced helicopters for commercial, industrial and military uses. We are currently seeking a candidate for our Manufacturing Engineering Core Services team. This position is for a Project/Program Tool Engineer and is based in Stratford, Connecticut. Specific areas of responsibility/oversight include:-Develop Tool Plan vs. Build Plan for program including but not limited to: CRH, JMR, VXX, and Future Projects.-Tracking build plans through S-Curves and Supplier Visits- Capital Projects support such as: Develop yearly plan, Input into eCar electronic System, Create Quad Packs, Facilities Checklist etc.This position provide non-design administrative support (ACE Pilot) in the department. -       Integrate ACE processes with new LM21 process, Perform all ACE metrics tracking/reporting (QCPC Manager), Internal Turnback POC, Employee Engagement and Create PowerPoints and present to management. Entry level position.

Basic Qualifications Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to interface effectively with all levels of individuals, including domestic and international suppliers. Ability to work well with higher authority and follow direction.·         Ability to research, analyze, organize, implement and oversee policies/procedures, data preparation·  Must be proficient knowledge on current computer hardware and software, including the PC, MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Access and Quick Books. Sikorsky Data System, Matrix One (Mfg. Eng.functions), SAP, DocPak, Project Management Console, Import/Export of CADRA and CATIA files and Microsoft Outlook.·         Well organized, ability to adapt quickly to new situations. Ability to work independently.  ·         Manage multiple projects effectively. Entry Level
