Interface with CPEs and Systems Engineers as Test Engineering SME to shape, author, and/or define Test Requirements for A2100/A2100TR space vehicles, especially for RF/Payload Subystems. Develop automated test scripts, procedures, telemetry displays, limit files, and other documentation needed to conduct Space Vehicle (SV) and Subsystem level testing at the Factory and at the Launch Base. Lead reviews and analysis of telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies SV functionality and performance. Document test anomalies found during test execution. Lead trouble shooting efforts to resolve test anomalies and present findings at FRBs as needed. Understand and perform job duties using the principles and disciplines of SV Test Engineering including policy, procedures, process disciplines, operations, safety, and command media. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance in the development of Common/Standardized Test System and Test Scripts; provide software developers with "user experience" feedback in order to continously improve the Test System and Test Scripts. Facilitate SW development efforts as required. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior test engineers.

Basic Qualifications 1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. 2. Candidate must have at least 15 years experience with Integration and Test of spacecraft, especially RF/Payload subsystems. 3. Experience with Payload development on space vehicles. 4. Candidate must have extensive experience in Test Requirements development. 5. Candidate must have a breadth of knowledge and work experience implementing test engineering best practices and lessons learned. 6. Experience with maintaining process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment is a must including the ability to balance various risks across the system to maintain cost within a fixed schedule environment. 7. Candidate must have experience in communicating and briefing senior-level program and customer management. 8. Candidate must possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization. 9. Demonstrated outstanding reasoning, judgment, and professional behavior. 10. Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment. 11. US Citizenship required.

Desired skills Extensive experience in a test and requirements verification environment. Experience in SV Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical ground test equipment. Certified Test Conductor with experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test, including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations. Familiarity with SV electrical test equipment.
