Lockheed Martin Logistics Management Analyst Sr - SOCOM - DoD Property Accountability in Tampa, Florida
This position will be located in Tampa, FL at USSOCOM, MacDill AFB. Candidate will interface day to day with customer personnel. Customer personnel consists of SOF AT&L Program Managers, J4, Service Components and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs).
Support to the customers requires familiarity with the following processes: asset visibility, excess equipment management (disposal and redistribution), enterprise cataloging (DOD level) and property management.
Perform property management activities including but not limited to receiving, posting, issue, disposal, and any other life cycle sustainment activities in support of the task order.
Perform data cleanse, analysis, reconciliation, and stock record maintenance in the assigned Accountability Property System of Records (APSR).
Prepare and submit catalog transactions for add, change, update and delete National Stock Numbers (NSN) and Management Control Numbers (MCNs).
Provide research and assistance in locating NSNs and MCNs and associated logistics data. Prepare transactions for logistical reassignment of NSNs.
Maintain/Process the Equipment Management Interface (EMI), SOCOM Federal Logistics Data (FEDLOG) reports, and SOCOM Catalog register.
Participate in policy/directive development and revision working groups as requested, providing subject matter expertise to ensure policy developed within SOCOM is effective.
Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations to include metrics to senior management regarding project status.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/combined education, a minimum of 6 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Extensive knowledge of DoD property accountability, enterprise catalog, service supply chain regulations, policies, procedures, instructions and associated logistic support systems, i.e., Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS), FEDLOG, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Standard Study Number-Line Item Number Automated Management and Integrating System (SLAMIS), H2 Federal Supply Classification (FSC), H6 Item Name Directory, Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps / Army (GCSS-MC and GCSS-A), Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Be able to travel to CONUS locations by government or commercial conveyance as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired skills Experience working in property book operations at the tactical and strategic level.
Broad knowledge of DoD policy as it relates to property management and cataloging (e.g. DODI 5000.64, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), DoD Financial Management Regulation, and DOD Manuals 4100.39, 4140.01, 4160.21, 4160.28, and 8320.04).
