The Sustainment Operations organization provides critical support to the business units for both Commercial and International Military.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide logistics and administrative support to the Materials & Planning and warranty & repair teams.
Additional Responsibilities; -Participate as active member of the team; attend daily team meetings. - Assist team with daily activities -Work closely with the team leaders on objectives and projects. -Assist with the planning, purchasing, fabrication, flow, and distribution of material. -Create reports, tracking tools and presentations as needed -Provide administrative support for team leads. -Perform repair order validation and maintenance -Process paperwork and assist with obtaining proper documentation for materials from system and customers
Basic Qualifications Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Great communication, interpersonal and organization skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a cross functional team. High level of attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal skills
Desired skills Any supply chain and logistics experience is a plus but not required
