This position serves as the leader for all Finance & Business Operations for the Multi Mission Surface Combatants (MMSC) Program. Position dual reports to F&BO and PMO, and will manage all F&BO functions for the capture and operations of the FMS MMSC program. The selected individual is a demonstrated leader with a passion for excellence. This key position will be responsible for executing all program finance proposal support requirements, serving as the prime F&BO interface for capture and execution activity, driving F&BO innovation, interfacing with internal and external customers, and continuously enhancing the culture within & beyond F&BO. An ideal candidate is energetic, has an exceptional financial analysis track record, a passion for innovation, and a demonstrated ability to inspire and influence others.

Basic Qualifications Prior work experience with Program Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Earned Value Management, and proposal business functions. Strong communication skills.

Desired skills MBA with concentration in Finance Proficient cost systems knowledge (Hyperion, SAP, etc.). Demonstrated business acumen skills with ability develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems. Experience with various programs, functional areas, and/or customers will differentiate candidates and are highly desired skills. Prior Leadership Experience
