Lockheed Martin is looking for a Technical Project Manager responsible for the management of a portfolio of Technical Task Orders (TTOs) under a key program within the Lockheed Martin Cyber Solutions ACS portfolio. Responsible for oversight of multiple TTOs consisting of both Lockheed Martin and subcontractor employees. Key responsibilities include: direct customer engagement with government leaders on a weekly basis; mentoring and management of TTO leads; development and execution of staffing strategies; oversight of TTO workforce; PMO engagement to ensure appropriate staffing, planning, resources, cost, schedule, reporting, growth, risk and opportunity mitigation for all TTOs. Successful candidate will also be responsible for tackling additional duties assigned within the PMO. The individual in this role will report directly to the Deputy Program Manager.
Five (5) years’ experience as a program or project manager in managing small $10M - $50M contracts utilizing TTOs.
Shall have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.
Shall have PMP certification, FAC-P/PM Entry Level certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)Level 1 certification in Program Management.
Shall have experience using Microsoft Office or similar suite of office automation tools as well as using Microsoft Project with knowledge and application of Primavera.
Shall have an understanding of analytical needs and requirements.
Be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of professionals that have been involved in analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of text/voice/multimedia processing and storage systems.
Be able to effectively lead meetings, and be able to create and articulately present briefings.
Have demonstrated technical writing skills.
