This position is a Flex-day Mission Scheduling position.
Mission schedulers are responsible for developing strategies in order to satisfy customer requirements.
Mission schedulers utilize complex system software to accomplish all ground and space system tasks and recommend improvements, and analyze software and system performance with respect to mission operations.
You will be required to successfully complete the Mission Scheduler certification. Additional certifications, including support to 24/7 shift operations, will be required after initial certification.
Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigations and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Strong operations oriented technical background and current or past experience and technical skills in one or more mission management systems.
Strong oral and written communications skills, along with the ability to work in and build solid relationships in large operational working groups.
Strong customer relation skills, with internal and external customers, a must.
Must have a current SSBI and SCI access.
A working knowledge of site mission and customers. Precision timeline creation ability faced with competing priorities.
