Lockheed Martin F-16 Avionics Training Coordinator in Bethesda, Maryland

Description: This position will support the Iraq F-16 Program in BALAD,AB. Iraq

Avionics Training Coordinator-Coordinator will be responsible to assist with preparation, instruction, coordinate and monitor all training requirements (customer and LM) for this duty section. Other responsibilities include maintaining training records, preparing reports, and other related training products as assigned. Training duties are priority but technician will also work other priorities as determined by the Avionics Shop Chief or Specialist Section Lead. In addition, the coordinator but may be required to fill in as the Avionics Shop Chief or Expeditor as required.

Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience working with international customers/partners is desired

Will work with all members of the team to solve all customer concerns, questions, and problems. Flexibility, a positive attitude and excellent people skills are a must.

*Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

* SECURITY Clearance REQUIRED. Must possess or be able to rapidly attain a DOD Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

- USAF skill level 5 (or equivalent) in this career field

- Must have 4 years F-16 Flight Line experience

- Must have F-16 Flight Line background

Desired Skills:

USAF 7 level or equivalent

A strong understanding of USAF maintenance processes or similar

A thorough understanding avionics systems and components on the F-16 aircraft

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access)

6 years documented experience in a F-16 training environment

Ability to speak/communicate in Arabic
