Description: Designs, develops and implements workforce intelligence and analytic solutions that support human capital program and policy decisions. Conducts analysis of actual and predictable interacting operational activities in human capital and business systems to obtain a quantitative, ensure the effectiveness of LM's workforce and people strategies. Compiles, analyzes, and reports data to explain economic and workforce phenomenon and forecast market trends using mathematical and statistical techniques. Constructs models that reflect the inflow/outflow and vertical velocity of internal labor markets. Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Provides consultation to clients and leads cross-functional teams to address business issues. Designs and creates datasets required for analysis that use a variety of modelling and measurement techniques using mathematical and statistical methods, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Provides analytic capability to evaluate and measure.

Develops and uses advanced software programs, algorithms, querying and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate datasets and models complex HR business problems. Compiles, analyzes and reports data to explain economic and workforce phenomenon and forecast market trends using mathematical and statistical techniques. Analyzes complex business problems and issues and creates solutions using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
