The Digital Workforce Center of Expertise is seeking a year-round college intern who is excited to support the development of people strategies that will usher in the future of work. The successful candidate will report directly to the Change Manager and support the development and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies/plans. Key areas of contribution include, but are not limited to:

•Assessment of required changes and the subsequent development of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies/plans to address them

•Engagement with stakeholders, including Human Resources, FEP, Digital Transformation Office, senior leadership, employees affected by the change, etc.

•Partnership with Communications, IPT leads, subject matter experts and other organizational development, operational excellence and change leads in the development of communication and training plans to support change.

S/he will also have the opportunity to support activities and initiatives related to culture, organization design, training, staffing as program needs dictate.

Basic Qualifications:

Working to obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, etc.).

Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of/Experience with organization design processes/tools such as Prosci’s Change Management, Galbraith’s Star Model, Schultz’s FIRO-B instrument, the Parker Team Player Survey, etc.

Project management skills with good attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication skills including group presentation skills
