Description: The Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) Manager is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance (O&M) of a fleet of grid-scale energy storage systems. The successful candidate will recruit and lead a team of engineers and analysts developing tools and methodologies to ensure productive operation of plants having a 20+ year service life. He or she will oversee the development of reliability and maintainability models, a failure reporting and corrective action system (FRACAS), and other tools and processes to facilitate operational success and customer satisfaction. The LSE Manager will interact with Integrated Project Teams (IPT) engaged in product design to ensure that deployed systems can be supported effectively. With broad responsibility for post-commissioning product support, the LSE Manager will develop maintenance concepts and material logistics plans, structure and implement component replacement and repair strategies, oversee manual development, and establish training programs for technicians and support staff.

Montreal is about 5 hours to the northwest.
- BS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience/combined education.
-The experience, drive, and demonstrated capability to effectively interface with a team of engineers of varying disciplines, key suppliers, and customer personnel to provide technical logistics solutions delivering mission success.
-Effective task organization and communication skills with a background in systems operation and maintenance, while also participating in the development, integration, demonstration, verification, and production program phases.
-Experience and initiative to ensure technical support is provided to all areas, to keep abreast of technical issues and ensure the right processes are being exercised to drive timely resolution.
-Experience in rapid problem resolution in an IPT environment and establishing technical direction for product capability growth.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office Products.
-The ability to communicate technical status and issues internally to program leadership, technical leadership, customers, suppliers and executive leadership.
-Experience supervising direct and contract labor.
-Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college.
