Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)/Project Schedules. Monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner. Assist in the maintenance of metrics and provide monthly status and analysis. Assists in schedule/cost performance and variance analysis. Prepare project plans to ensure requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Ensures schedules have predecessors and successors and understands float and critical path. Incorporates scope or performance changes into planning systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project in order to maintain realistic cost and schedule baselines.

This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:

Actively enrolled in a Business, Finance, Quality or other related field program from an accredited college/university. This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

-Fundamental knowledge of program planning principles.

-Experience with reviews, network analysis, independent assessment of reasonableness of timelines and claims of schedule progress.

-Familiarity with Microsoft Project, AMS ReaTime Projects (RTP) or other scheduling tools.

-Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology (CPM).

-Knowledge Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
