Lockheed Martin Sr Exercise Developer in Dahlgren, Virginia
Description: The successful candidate will support Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS) training in a laboratory environment. The position will be focused on conducting multi-warfare scenarios utilizing cutting edge training systems and technologies. The candidate will support multiple operator training courses at the individual, area warfare and team levels. The successful candidate will become familiar with course content and be able to provide formal classroom lecture as dictated by course curriculum as well as become proficient in operating the training tools required to support course learning objectives. The candidate must be familiar with submode operations and area warfare concepts as well as consistently strive to expand advanced war fighting concepts.
-Three (3) years Combat Systems shipboard experience (Aegis, SSDS, LCS) as a qualified watch stander
-Qualified as a Training Supervisor (TRASUP) onboard a Aegis platform or a qualified member of the Combat Systems Training Team (CSTT)
-Ability to brief operational and tactical concepts to officers and senior enlisted.
-Three (3) years of experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Surface Warfare (SUW) scenario scripts
-Experience with one or more of the following training systems: Combined IAMD and Anti-Submarine Warfare Trainer (CIAT), Next Generation Simulator (NGS), Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF), or Aegis Simulation Test and Training System (ASTATS)
-Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualification
-Qualified instructor, 9502 NEC received upon graduation of from Basic Instructor Training
-Proven communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a team contributor
-Experience as a Combat Systems Team Trainer (CSTT) member or lead
-Familiarization with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel)
