Lockheed Martin E2604:Systems Architect Stf in Denver, Colorado

This Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Infrastructure Developer position is for the Data Voice & Video (DV2) Department in the EBS Infrastructure and International (I2) organization, working on the Software Defined Networking team. This position will report to DV2 Data Solutions Manager and will focus on establishing infrastructure as code methodology to the infrastructure disciplines. The position is part of a small, motivated team of architects, engineers, and developers who are focused on the design, development, and deployment of infrastructure, across both the Enterprise and Business Area ecosystem. As such, this position will require a senior technical expert in software architecture, software development and software integration, and direct experience in software development of low level foundational system code. Duties include but are not limited to: •Establish and implement configuration management processes that enable Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Pioneer Infrastructure Developer Role • Incorporate Infrastructure Policy driven IaC, and API driven networking •Develop automated installation, build, and deployment processes for Software Defined Network Controller and network devices using a software-defined approach. • Designing effective networking IaC for cloud native containers • Enable and leverage the use of continuous integration tools • Enable interaction and coordination within I2 and Cloud Acceleration Office. •Enable interaction and coordination with Business Areas, •Ensure that systems architecture program artifacts are thorough and consistent best practices in UML/SysML •Contribute to technical and service strategy and roadmaps. •Ensure the successful resolution of cross-domain technical engineering issues, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts. • Drive flawless execution of assigned programs through execution of sound and consistent architecture and engineering practices and common tools.

Basic Qualifications • Demonstrated leadership in a previous technical lead role • Demonstrated experience in software lifecycle, including requirements definition through system deployment (end to end engineering) • Demonstrated experience in configuration management of software • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.

Desired skills • Knowledge of Python, Perl and Unix Shell (bash, sh, csh) • Knowledge of Ansible and JSON • Knowledge of data networking • Understanding of the required maturity of systems architecture artifacts at program technical reviews • Experience in integrating complex infrastructure solutions • Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs • Experience with Industry tools related to software architecture, engineering and process automation • Knowledge of common DevOps tools such as Jenkins • Collaborative Team Focused
