This position is for our LM RMS Global Mobile Training Team (GMTT). This position is a rotational position with the current IT/Sys Admins out of Eglin AFB ATC. Position will travel Conus and OConus for up to 89 days to provide site standup training for all of the enterprise F 35 training locations. As the IT/Sys Admin you will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operation of F-35 training system devices that support the F-35 Global training and operational training centers.

Responsible for the defining, developing, configuring and supporting computer applications. Install, setup, and monitor training computer network. Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure training computer network meets system requirements. Investigate problem reports, identify problem source, determine possible solutions, test, and implement solutions. Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, workstations, file servers, networks, fiber, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems. Perform software and application installation and upgrades. Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Plan and manage host security, including firewalls, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users. Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team at Eglin to fulfill F-35 training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed. Candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. Must be capable of attaining a SECRET security clearance.

Must be willing to travel, to CONUS/OCONUS deployments for extended periods up to 89 days depending on operational needs.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have performed a variety of activities in one or more of the following and/or related areas: personal computer applications training, data control and scheduling coordination, systems administration, data security administration, and associated fields. Must have experience in the F-35 Training Management System and learning Management System. Must be capable of working multiple shifts including some weekends to execute critical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Willingness to support deployed operations in support of customer requirements.

Ability to obtain and maintain a F-35 Program special access.

Currently has Security + is a must

Desired Skills:

Microsoft certified system administrator. Firewall and Data Base experience.

Experience with virtual environment to include VMware VSphere, VMware Horizon

Familiarity with F35 Training System architecture, implementation, and operations.

Current F-35 IT/Sys Admin functioning in the same technical role supporting Field Operations at an F-35 site.

Must be willing to travel Conus and OConus for a extended period of time of up to 89 days.
