Lockheed Martin Electrical/Electronics Engineer Staff - Senior Technician - Fayetteville, NC - Ability to Obtain/Maintain TS Clearance in Fayetteville, North Carolina
Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Electrical/Electronics Engineer - Senior Technician for Fayetteville, NC.
Capable of surface mount assembly and rework of printed circuit boards
Experience performing EOS testing on electronic components and assemblies
Testing and troubleshooting systems with use of TMDE to include: Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes and Digital Multi-meters
Building multi-wire cable harnesses to include developing an ICD (Interface Control Document) and verification testing
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio to develop block diagrams, BOM (Bill of Materials) generation, flow charts, testing and acceptance criteria documents
Experience with retrofitting and updating old architecture with new technology to continue product lifespan
Schematic capture and PCB development
Experience using 3D printers and CNC Machines for modifying existing products and new product development
Periodic travel (CONUS) required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
Electrical Engineering Technology Associates degree, Certificate or higher
10+ years of relevant technical experience with electronic systems to include analog, digital and RF sub-systems
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
Ability to develop presentations and technical white papers
Skilled in briefing highly technical concepts to non-technical personnel, commanders and management
Ability to construct unique electronic devices to demonstrate a concept or build to meet a specified objective
Maintains awareness of emerging technologies from multiple commodity areas
Experienced in innovative and emerging technologies
