Lockheed Martin Logistics Management Staff - 75th Ranger Regiment - Secret Clearance Required in Fort Benning, Georgia
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for a position at 75th Ranger Regt, Ft. Benning, GA. Duties include:
-Interacting with subordinate units to compile data which will support TRM workbooks; performing limited travel to unit locations to standardize compilation of data. -Receive, manage, track, compile and submit taskings from and to higher and subordinate units. -Respond to higher HQs concerning taskings, and provide tasking recommendations to appropriate authority which will officially task subordinate units. -Submit various staffing actions into the Decision Task Tracker (OTT) within 75RR, USASOC and other higher organizations. Track staffing comments and provide input as required (NIPR/SIPR). -Maintain or create Portal based tracking and suspense management systems which provide units near real time status of staff actions in areas of responsibility. -Receive, screen, format, track and staff MOAs internally and through USASOC. Maintain accountability of MOAs and ensure signed MOAs are sent back to USASOC for filing. -Staff and track changes associated with the TRM workbook inputs both within staffing mechanisms internal to the 75RR and throughout USASOC staffing and validation process. Typically staffing is conducted using the Decision Task Tracker (DTT) portal based system. Conduct multiple checks and adjustments to staffing actions daily/ as required. -Compile Field Budget Estimates from units to capture cost estimates and actual expenditures for training events in order to provide historical data which will back up TRM workbook adjustments. -Analyze monthly budget expenditures provided by the Regimental Comptroller to determine budgetary impacts and provide analysis to government officials via established PowerPoint and Excel formats. -Conduct detailed review of Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), which will be staffed through USASOC, for format, completeness and appropriate content based on the USASOC standard. (Standard and format to be provided at unit). -Write and format draft Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) for signature by appropriate government official. Format and Requirements will be provided by unit.
Basic Qualifications -Possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all functions. -Be familiar with AR 25-50 and be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary. -Be able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. -Possess a valid, unencumbered state driver’s license. -Maintain files in accordance with applicable Army, Navy, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
Desired skills Be familiar with 75RR tactical SOPs including the conduct of Multi-Lateral Training events, Bilateral Training Events, Rotary Wing Operations, Airborne Operations, Platoon and Company level maneuver Training and Validation exercises. -Be highly familiar with the individual and collective training requirements associated with Mission Essential Task List and Critical Collective Task training at the individual through battalion level for an Airborne Ranger/Infantry centric organization. -Be familiar with the process to identify training and resources required in order to complete the USASOC Unit Resource Model/ Training Resource Model (URM/ TRM) workbooks. An SOP will be provided for this process. -Possess the ability to clearly articulate the impacts of funding in relation to unit readiness based on Unit Training Guidance and commander priorities. -Possess a working knowledge of computer applications associated with various higher HQs tasking processes. All processes are included on both NIPR and SIPR networks and are Portal based, hyperlink centric. -Be capable of tracking seven different tasking methods and various tasking e-mails daily, organize tasking requirements and compile into an established usable format to be published each day for unit taskings. An SOP will be provided which stipulates the process required throughout the organization. -Be able to effectively manage and track suspenses, provide reminders and compile overdue taskings reports in MS Excel format.
