Lockheed Martin ACURL Program Manager in Fort Worth, Texas

F-35 ACURL (Australia, Canada, UK) Reprogramming Lab Program Manager will be the primary interface to the ACURL Country Partners, ACURL lead in the F-35 Joint Program Office Joint Reprogramming Enterprise IPT, LM and suppliers. Lead and provide direction for the F-35 ACURL Program team and with the F-35 Program and other LM organizations. Establish and manage customer program Reviews including execution and planning for warfighter implementation. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, work statements and specifications, budgets and financial terms of contract. Accountable to the LM F-35 Country Program Managers for customer engagement.

Responsible for Program Management of ACURL Reprogramming Lab contracts. Development and execution of a program plan meeting contractual commitments. Oversee National Disclosure Policy implementation for ACURL Reprogramming Lab Solutions. Establish and flow-down customer requirements. Responsible for Earned Value (cost, schedule and technical performance) of the reprogramming Lab contracts for F-35 International Programs. Maintain appropriate performance assessment and controls, including comprehensive EVMS framework. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master schedule, utilize Risk Management to identify program problems and develop solutions, such as resource allocation or changing contractual direction. Manage relationships with involved partner country MOD and military. Coordinate within the “Joint Reprogramming Enterprise” to leverage other labs (USRL, NIRL, RC WEST) for F-35 synergy. Manage requirements development, interpretation and configuration evolution to ensure F-35 capabilities are responsive to customer requirements and executable at acceptable risk within contracted price and schedule. Establish and meet or exceed financial performance targets, and ensure 100% EVMS compliance. Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards.

Must be a US citizen. this position requires special access and an interim Secret clearance to start.
